This has been the 3rd week that I come to USM KKj. Do things change? Yeah, definitely.

Firstly, God has blessed me with two friendly and nice roommates. I still remember that after both of my roommates moved out, I felt miserable. After few days, I received a call from hostel office to ask me move to a double room which is located at the other block. My feeling was indescribable. I feel happy that they offered me a double room even I didn’t ask for that while so many people are applying to stay in double room. In the other hand, I felt quite hard for me to move away from the block that I was staying — friends that I know most of them stay at this block and it takes some times for me to move my things from one block to the other block.

Therefore, the next day, I told the clerk that I want to continue to stay at the same block and I asked her any room available. To make the story short, I was arranged to the room that I am staying now — L 1317 B. I have two roommates who are Siang Yee and Fiona.

I really thanks God for His own timing and plan in order for all these to happen. I learn an important lesson — in good times, give thanks to God, do not forget His goodness. Do not ever too comfortable with own sweet time. Be alert. In difficult times, I still want to use my mouth to praise His name and all the glories be unto the Lord.

Secondly, I thank God that He give me a big family in this campus — Christian Fellowship (CF) KKj. God really works in amazing way. He gave me this opportunity to meet with Edmond and Nian Zhen when I was going to hostel office to ask for room availability. Although that time they rejected my offer, at least I met the very first two Christians in this campus.

In CF, I feel home belonging. Far away from my family, God place the other family for me in this campus. Where may I have this relationship other than in God’s house?

Today I have a good time to go shopping at Jusco, Bukit Mertajam with my roommate. She wants to buy a dress. However, she didn’t get any dress because there is no much choices. I enjoyed this time that both of us spend together. Chatting, eating and also shopping.

I bought a baby shirt for my future nephew. Hope that this fits him. I like the shirt so much.
